Ticketplus SpA (hereinafter, "Ticketplus"), Tax ID No. 76.468.188-6, with registered address at Av. Alonso de Córdova 5320, 16th floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile, is responsible for the processing of personal data of users who access and use the digital platform www.ticketplus.com, its subdomains, mobile applications, application programming interfaces (API), and related services (hereinafter, the "Platform").
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to clearly, accurately, and transparently inform about the processing of personal data collected by Ticketplus, in accordance with Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life and international best practices.
1. Data collected
Ticketplus may collect the following personal data:
Identification: full name, National ID Number (RUN/RUT), date of birth.
Contact: address, email, phone number.
Authentication data: encrypted password, security questions.
Browsing data: IP address, cookies, device, operating system, pages visited.
Purchase data: events purchased, number of tickets, payment method (without storing banking data).
Biometric data: facial image and facial patterns (only for events requiring biometric validation).
2. Purposes of processing
The personal data collected may be processed for the following purposes:
a) Validating identity and processing ticket purchases.
b) Issuing receipts and managing access to events.
c) Complying with legal or contractual obligations.
d) Enabling biometric validation at events that require it.
e) Conducting consumer studies and statistical analyses.
f) Communicating promotions, news, or commercial information from Ticketplus and Event Organizers.
g) Improving user experience and optimizing the Platform.
3. Processing of biometric data
For certain events defined by the Organizer, Ticketplus may require identity validation through facial recognition. This process involves capturing a facial image and analyzing it using Amazon Web Services (AWS) algorithms. The processing of this sensitive data is carried out under the following conditions:
Express consent from the user prior to registration.
Storage in the AWS cloud with advanced encryption.
Automatic deletion of biometric data within a maximum period of 90 calendar days from the event.
Data will not be used for purposes other than access validation.
4. Legal basis for processing
The processing of personal data is based on:
The User's consent.
The execution of a contract (ticket purchase).
Compliance with legal obligations.
The legitimate interest of Ticketplus and the Organizers, within the limits of the law.
5. Processors and international transfers
Ticketplus may engage third-party service providers acting as data processors (for example, AWS, email marketing tools, payment processors). Some of these providers may be located outside of Chile, ensuring adequate levels of protection through contracts with standard clauses and international certifications (such as ISO/IEC 27001 or Privacy Shield, where applicable).
6. Data retention
Personal data will be retained:
For the duration of the contractual relationship.
For the time necessary to comply with legal and tax obligations.
Until the User requests its deletion, except where legal exceptions apply.
7. User rights
The User may exercise the following rights regarding their personal data:
Access: To know what data of theirs we process.
Rectification: To correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Deletion: To request the deletion of their data.
Objection: To refuse certain processing, such as commercial use.
To exercise these rights, the User must send a request to [email protected], attaching a copy of both sides of their identity card.
8. Commercial communications
The User may receive promotional information about events and related services. They may object to this processing at any time by writing to [email protected].
9. Information security
Ticketplus has adopted reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or improper disclosure. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the User acknowledges that no system is completely invulnerable.
10. Changes to this policy
Ticketplus may modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legal changes or improvements to the Platform. Any modifications will be communicated to Users and published at www.ticketplus.com.
